Someone who was working two jobs lost both due to Covid. Without income or child support, she was not going to be able to pay rent. Funding allowed her to bridge the gap for a month and look for new employment during a hard time.

The funds enabled me to meet my obligations at the moment, which was huge stress relief. I was able to catch up, and I am now able to meet my future obligations. It was such a huge relief. I was blown away by the generosity of the community and the speed and compassion that my request was met.
